Our Story
Top Two LLC was founded in January 2025 by DeVonte' Franklin. The inspiration behind starting the company was to build a business that operates year round in a strong and stable industry while also helping people in a meaningful way. Cleaning is a service that will always be needed. Many individuals do not have the time, physical ability, or capacity to maintain their homes, and many businesses require reliable facility care to operate safely and professionally. This created an opportunity to serve both residential and commercial clients with excellence.
