General Requirements:

  • Must be at least 17 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required)
  • Valid identification and authorization to work
  • Reliable transportation to job sites


Skills & Experience:

  • Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not required; training provided)
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
  • Ability to follow instructions and cleaning checklists
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs
  • Capable of bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
  • Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Professionalism & Conduct:
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in clients’ homes and businesses
  • Adherence to company dress code and hygiene standards


Other Requirements:

  • Background check (required for residential cleaning)
  • Drug testing (if applicable to company policy)
  • Availability for flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to complete training and follow company protocols
